Gerald A.
Gerald grew up in a small town in Southern Louisiana where his father was an educator. Once you have the chance to speak to him, you'll quickly be able to verify his heritage. Gerald moved to Texas in 1992 and has been a part-time driver for Dan Dipert since 2007. Gerald’s full-time employer is the federal government. Gerald enjoys driving and meeting the great people who charter Dan Dipert Coaches for various events.



Tom B.
Tom retired early after 28 years as a Professor, Coach, and Director of Golf Activities with the University of Texas at Arlington. He and his wife, Jane, returned to the metroplex after spending several years in New Haven, CT. His interests include travel, history, and golf. Tom also has extensive experience teaching various driving courses.



Joe B.
Joe is originally from California but moved to Texas in 2004 with his wife and daughter to be closer to their son and grandchildren. Joe will tell you that he was not born in Texas but got here as fast as he could and loves the friendly people he has met so far. Joe retired from the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department where gained experience driving buses while transporting prisoners. Both Joe and his wife enjoy traveling and meeting new people.



Loran B.
Loran was raised in Fort Worth. After graduation Dunbar High School, he joined the United States Air Force and retired after 22 years of service. Loran joined Dan Dipert in 1998 to do what he enjoys most, driving and traveling, meeting new people and helping them along the way. He is a happily married Christian father of seven and in his free time you may catch him listening to some gospel or jazz music and spending time with his family.



Steven B.
Steve grew up in the Arlington area where he met his wife Becky of 26 years. In his younger days Steve drove coaches for rock groups and did some time as a truck driver. He changed careers again and after 20 years in the IT business Steve decided to return to his love of travel. When he is not behind the wheel of his coach you could see him on his bicycle or on a fishing boat.



Mickey C.
Mickey was born in Orange, TX and grew up in Vinton, LA. He served in the Navy as an electrician's mate and had a few odd and end jobs before becoming a ballroom dance instructor for 40 years. Love of people and traveling brought Mickey to Dan Dipert Coaches which affords him to the luxury of doing what he loves best; Traveling & meeting lots of interesting people!



Wayne D.
Wayne is a native Texan; however, he was raised in a military family and grew up traveling. He retired from Southwestern Bell and owned a custom stained glass business with his wife for many years before joining Dan Dipert Coaches. Wayne enjoys spending time with his 7 children and 13 grandchildren as well as working at his church.



Ralph E.
A native Texan, Ralph grew up in the Houston area. When at TCU in Fort Worth, he met his wife of fifty plus years. Ralph worked in sales at Swift & Co. and as Sales Training Director and other professional positions with two national metal distributors for 38 years. After retirement, Ralph and his wife returned to their "hometown" of Fort Worth. In addition to golf and bridge and his work with Dan Dipert, Ralph also substitute teaches with a local school district.



Joe K.
Joe moved to Texas in 1959. He has two grown children, Michael and Jennifer. Joe's been with Dan Dipert since 1994. He enjoys working the hours he does and being with his fellow employees. He has been driving professionally for over 30 years. He is pleased to have met some very interesting people while driving for Dan Dipert Coaches and hopes to meet many more.



Lewis L.
Lewis is a third generation landscaper and owns his own business. He has a degree in electronics and has been married to his wonderful wife, Helen, for over 30 years. Lewis has 3 children and 3 grandchildren and is a Longhorn Council Boy Scout leader. He enjoys fishing, golf, tennis, and visiting museums. He also loves plays and operas.



John M.
John and his wife Cathy are native Minnesotans and are the proud parents of five sons and grandparents of five. John retrired after 37 years from Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railroad. He is Director and Member of the Board of the Handley-Meadowbrook Lions Club and an active member and financial supporter of the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation of U.S.. In addition to his community and civic activities he enjoys time with family, golfing, fishing, and traveling.



Gary M.
Gary is Dan Dipert's most senior driver. He has been with the company since 1992 and in the coach industry since 1975. He and his wife are the proud grandparents of three grandsons and they joyfully take up most of Gary's free time.



Don O.
Don has been a driver for Dan Dipert for ten years. He as logged over 600,000 miles and has driven on 167 tours in his career with the company and has loved every minute of it! He and his wife of over 45 years, Patty, owned Don's Kiddie Korner, a toy and hobby store before Don went back to school to receive a Theology Degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga. Don has been an Independent Baptist pastor, instructed at a Bible college and is currently a substitute Bible teacher in his church. He enjoys reading, writing, wood working, and gardening in his spare free time.



Chris P.
Chris is the proud single parent of two young adults and feels Dan Dipert has helped make that possible with their flexible schedules. Before coming to Dan Dipert, Chris went to school and obtained his Aircraft Dispatch license and worked at American Airlines. What was going to be a part-time job to compliment his work with American prior to 9/11, has now become full-time for over 5 years now.



Bill P.
Bill grew up in Fort Worth and lived in the area all of his life. He served in the Army from 1964 to 1968. Bill retired in 2007 after being in the appliance service industry for thirty-four years. He worked for General Electric Co. twenty-nine of those years. Bill has two grown children, and three grandsons. He enjoys volunteer work at a mission center one day a week. For relaxation Bill works in his garden, shoots antique pistols, and drives around town in his “TOY” car (replica of a 1952 MG-TD). Bill also likes to attend live Jazz or Blues music venues.



John R.
John was raised in Arlington, Texas. He began working with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company in 1973 and retired after 30 years. He has been married for 35 years and has two grown children. John enjoys gardening, reading and traveling in his spare time.



Joe Bob T.
Joe Bob was born and raised in Dallas, graduated from North Dallas High School, Ranger Junior College, Texas Wesleyan College and received his masters degree at The University of North Texas. He served three years in the United States Navy and worked 30 years for two school districts as a teacher, coach, and administrator.

Joe Bob is married to Monica and has one daughter, Shelly. They live in Bluff Dale with their two golden retrievers, Maggie and Ginny and a parrot named Buddy who loves to sing "Take Me Out to The Ball Game". Joe Bob enjoys gardening, scuba diving and RVing.



Ed T.
Ed has been in the motorcoach industry since 1986 and joined the Dan Dipert family in 1996. He is a happily married Christian man. Some of is hobbies and interest include listening to gospel or jazz music, motorcycles, classic vehicles and exercising. Ed joined Dan Dipert in 1996 to do what he enjoys most, driving, traveling and meeting new people.



Rick W.
Rick has been in the motorcoach industry since 1988 and joined the Dan Dipert family in 1994. He is one of two primary trainers of the Dan Dipert Motorcoach Operator Training Program. When he is not driving or training he enjoys fishing, music and motorcycles.



Dale W.
Dale and is wife, Debbie, have two daughters and four granddaughters. He works full-time as the Senior Adult Minister at First Baptist Church of Fort Worth. Dale has driven buses for church, work and pleasure since 1973. Driving for him is a relaxing time allowing him to focus on the beauty of God's creation as viewed from the drivers' seat of a motor coach and to meet new and interesting friends.



JB W.
JB grew up in Plains, Texas. He spent 30 years serving in the field of education as teacher, principal and superintendent. He's been driving for Dan Dipert since 2000 and is one of two primary trainers of the Dan Dipert Motorcoach Operator Training Program.



Jerry W.
Jerry is a native Texan and has spent most of his life in Fort Worth. He retired from the Fort Worth Fire Department after 30 years. He and his wife, Sharron then moved to Burleson. They enjoy the small town atomsphere and the fact their two daughters and three granddaughters live nearby. Jerry loves to drive and when he's not driving for Dan Dipert, he's RV'ing with his family. Jerry has been with Dan Dipert for over 5 years and looks forward to many more.
