Dan Dipert Photo Contest Rules

Follow these simple rules to get your prize!

1. Submit your favorite photos taken during your Dan Dipert motorcoach experience.
2. Entrant must be the owner of the photographs, or otherwise have the right to submit the photograph for consideration in the contest.
3. You can mail the photos to:

4. You must include the photo release form (page 2) with your photographs.
5. Be sure to include your contact information including email address.
6. Deadlines for all entries is December 31st, 2010.
7. A winner will be selected by the Dan Dipert committee and you will be notified by email.
8. The person taking the winning photograph will be awarded a $50 Gift Card for Brinker’s International Restaurants.
9. The photograph may be displayed on the Dan Dipert web site.

10.  Entrants waive any and all rights to photographs and give Dan Dipert the right to publish same in any medium without compensating entrants.

PHOTO RELEASE FORM

I hereby consent that any photographs submitted for the photo contest can be used, with or without my name, by Dan Dipert Tours and/or Dan Dipert Coaches for any lawful purpose, including use in publications, public relations, education, training materials and any other purposes it sees fit—for an unlimited amount of time—without further notification or compensation.
