Our Drivers Make the Difference!
All Dan Dipert Coaches Motorcoach Operators must complete an intensive program designed to provide safe, efficient drivers and excellent customer service representatives. Our drivers may be the only person from our company you ever meet. The experience you have with that driver must ensure complete confidence in our ability to continue to serve your transportation needs.
Dan Dipert Coaches offers an extensive, nationally recognized, three week training program combining classroom instruction that covers the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations, the Texas Commercial Driver’s License manual and the Dan Dipert Coaches Motorcoach Operators Handbook as well as an extensive Training Manual that covers all aspects of motorcoach operation and safety. All newly hired drivers must complete the training regardless of their experience to insure they meet the high customer service and safety standards set by Dan Dipert Coaches.
 Recently, Autumn Dipert Brown, our Chief Operating Officer, was proud to be asked to chair the International Motorcoach Group's committee to develop and implement a nationwide Driver Training Program and Certification Program, the first of its kind in the motorcoach industry. She unveiled and conducted a "Train the Trainer" session for over 50 operator members of IMG in February 2005 in Las Vegas. Also attending were Rick and J.B., both of Dan Dipert Coaches' driver trainers. The program is very similar to the program used by Dan Dipert Coaches since 2002. Be assured, Dan Dipert's drivers are among the best trained drivers in the country.

We don't stop with training upon hire. We continually seek to improve our driver's knowledge and keep safety as their main focus through quarterly mandatory driver's meetings. During the meetings, current topics of interest are discussed thoroughly and exams are required to insure the driver has the training required to be a driver for Dan Dipert Coaches, among the most safe motorcoach companies in the nation. |
